Nick Had a great summer with the 2008 Bulldogs. He was recruited to pitch, but due to injuries, he played a majority of games in the outfiled and batted in the cleanup and five slots. Nick was second on the team with a .331 average, with 2 home runs (1 grand slam) and 19 RBI in 26 games. He only struck out fie times all summer and was outstanding defensively, making only one error all year. His best position might be first base. Nick pitches and plays 1B and the outfield for Cannon County High. He has lettered in baseball and basketball for the Lions, leading the baseball team in all offensive categories for two years and made All District two years in basketball. Nick is also an outstanding student and is a member of the Beta Club and Fellowship of Christian Athletes. He will log a lot of time at first base and the outfield as well as pitch next summer. Nick lives in Woodbury with his sister Sydney and parents Diana and Jack. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
